Job summary

Intersurgical Portugal is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to lead governance, planning and delivery of manufacturing workstreams. You will manage a global D365 F&O deployment and a MES implementation, coordinating Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT across sites.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive data migration, testing, validation and smooth go-live while maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering manufacturing or enterprise systems implementations.
• Experience with D365 F&O and/or MES implementations.
• Experience in global or multi-site deployments with vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of manufacturing workstreams across D365 F&O and MES deployments.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT and external partners to align requirements and drive delivery.
• Oversee design, data migration, testing, validation and deployment across sites.
• Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, change control and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements and quality management system standards.
• Drive site readiness, training, cutover and go-live activities with minimal production disruption.
