Intersurgical is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to govern and deliver manufacturing-related workstreams, including a global D365 F&O deployment and MES implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timeline, scope and budget while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and the company's QMS.

The role requires governance, risk management and strong stakeholder communication across multiple sites within a global programme delivery team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering manufacturing or enterprise systems projects.
• Knowledge of D365 F&O and MES implementations.
• Experience in global or multi-site deployments.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and reporting skills.
• Understanding of regulated medical device environments and quality systems.
• Ability to coordinate training and business readiness activities.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and delivery of manufacturing workstreams across D365 F&O and MES deployments.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT and external partners.
• Oversee design, data migration, validation and deployment across sites.
• Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QMS alignment throughout implementation.
• Drive site readiness, cutover and go-live activities.
