Job summary

Intersurgical in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to govern, plan and deliver manufacturing workstreams. You will oversee the D365 F&O deployment and MES implementation, coordinating multiple functions and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within regulatory quality standards.

You will manage governance, risks, milestones and communications, ensuring site readiness and smooth transition to BAU operations across global sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering manufacturing or enterprise systems projects.
• Experience with D365 F&O and/or MES implementations.
• Experience in global or multi-site deployments with stakeholder/vendor management.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and reporting skills.
• Managing actions, milestones, dependencies and project information.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Use of enterprise planning and delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of manufacturing workstreams across D365 F&O deployment and MES implementation.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT and external partners to align requirements and drive delivery.
• Oversee process design, system integration, data migration, testing, validation and deployment across sites.
• Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, change control and stakeholder reporting.
