Michael Page International Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Management Accountant for an international engineering and manufacturing business. This broad, hands-on role spans management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and group reporting, with a strong emphasis on commercial insight.

You’ll shape systems, processes and inventory as part of a finance transformation, partnering with stakeholders across overseas entities and currencies to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with proven management accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• International exposure/working with overseas entities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with stakeholder partnering.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Stock valuation and inventory accounting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyze costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost control and profitability.
• Prepare information for board reporting.
• Support ERP and finance system improvements.
• Provide commercially focused analysis to senior management.
• Work across multiple international operations and currencies.
