Job summary

Invinity Energy Systems plc is a world-leading manufacturer of vanadium flow batteries, with a Bathgate base for the Maintenance Planner role. You will develop maintenance programs, schedule on-site work, coordinate with project teams and customers, and help optimise system availability and cost across deployed assets worldwide.

You will use MMS/CMMS to monitor performance, manage spares, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across global projects.

Qualifications

• Experienced in maintenance planning for electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Formal training in electrical or mechanical systems, or minimum of two years in a field service environment.
• Experience using maintenance planning tools or CMMS/MMS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance plans and schedules integrating customer and company goals.
• Coordinate plans with project managers, departments and customers to reduce downtime.
• Raise work orders and ensure resources are available for safe, efficient work.
• Liaise with Logistics and Supply Chain for shipping, customs and site delivery.
• Develop site and service reports after visits and monthly performance reports.
• Manage global spares pool and optimise sparing levels with logistics teams.
• Manage RMA processes and disposition/repair/replacement of returns.
• Monitor asset performance and maintenance history using the MMS.
• Investigate issues in MMS and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure records are accurate and maintained in MMS.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for availability and efficiency.
• Create and maintain maintenance procedures and budgets for activities.
• Ensure RAMS and regulatory obligations are met in planning.
• Assist Customer Operations Management with planning and reporting.
