Job summary

OCR Alpha in London is seeking an Operations professional to support trading across asset classes, including derivatives. You will build key relationships with brokers and fund administrators and collaborate with technology and back-office teams to enhance trade capture and drive automation.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical or finance background and up to five years of hedge fund or investment banking experience, with a preference for Macro and Credit product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in technical, quantitative or finance-related discipline.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience within a hedge fund or investment bank.
• Experience across Macro and Credit products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support trading activity across asset classes, including derivatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with Executing Brokers, Prime Brokers and Fund Administrators.
• Collaborate with Technology, Back Office and external vendors to improve trade capture and increase automation.
• Help reduce manual processes while improving scalability and operational efficiency.
