Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking an organised Email Marketing Coordinator in London to support global email activity across luxury markets. You will manage the end-to-end email process, briefing, QA, and reporting while collaborating with Global Trade, Content, Creative, CRM and Regional teams.

You will ensure on-brand, high-quality email campaigns, maintain schedules, and optimise frequency and timing to maximise revenue opportunities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in email marketing, CRM, or ecommerce, preferably in luxury brands.
• Hands-on with an Email Service Provider and end-to-end email processes.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global email calendar across key markets.
• Manage end-to-end email delivery from briefing to deployment.
• Lead QA and pre-deployment checks across devices and clients.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform email strategies.
• Support CRM activities including targeting, personalisation and lifecycle communications.
