Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited, London, is seeking a Global Communications Senior Coordinator to act as the central liaison for the global PR agency across four European markets, ensuring clarity, efficient processes and delivery of global priorities.

You will support the development and implementation of the communications strategy in Northern Europe, including press outreach, sample trafficking and monitoring results, and help manage the global press office budget and assets.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years PR experience in house or agency.
• University education or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency using Fashion GPS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• European languages beneficial.
• Experience with international markets beneficial.
• Experience working with PR agencies beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day contact for the global PR agency across four European markets.
• Provide agencies with press materials and PR tools; ensure materials are up to date and brand aligned.
• Support with community and press event coordination in key European territories.
• Maintain alignment on objectives, timing and expectations across markets.
• Monitor agency deliverables and PR results in luxury fashion media.
• Oversee PR agency reporting and coverage updates.
• Develop and implement the Communications strategy in Northern Europe.
• Secure coverage in top-tier press for collections and campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day running of the global press office; track spend.
