Dorchester Collection seeks a Global Digital Marketing Executive to lead global CRM and digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, delivering standout guest communications and campaigns. You will collaborate with hotel teams to align campaigns with commercial goals and drive engagement.

You will manage CRM platforms, analyse performance, and partner with agencies to optimise paid media while supporting innovation and guest experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing and CRM in luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
• Ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions.
• Experience with multi-property or multi-market campaign planning.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise global digital marketing activity across CRM, paid search and social.
• Maintain the global CRM communications calendar with hotel marketing teams.
• Coordinate campaign planning and content development with global and hotel stakeholders.
• Manage CRM campaigns using platforms like Dynamics and SevenRooms.
• Collaborate with hotels on content, targeting and creative development.
• Monitor and report CRM performance with actionable insights.
• Coordinate paid search and paid social campaigns with agency partners.
• Report on paid media performance and support optimisation.
• Support CRM innovation initiatives including personalisation and automation.
• Contribute to wider digital customer experience projects.
