Job summary

XYZ Reality Ltd. in Reading, Berkshire, is seeking a Logistics and Warehousing Coordinator to support end-to-end logistics, shipping and warehousing operations for the Atom devices.

You will manage day-to-day shipping activities, inventory tracking, returns and repairs, and warehouse processes to keep operations compliant and on time. Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems and shipping/customs documentation.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel and email.
• Experience with dangerous goods compliance or international shipping desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global shipping logistics, liaising with carriers and preparing export/import documentation.
• Log and track stock using internal inventory systems; support handover with Production.
• Process returns and repairs, coordinating with Technical Support and Quality teams.
• Perform goods-in inspections, picking, packing and non-electrical sub-assembly to SOPs.
• Train to run goods-in, picking and despatch independently and maintain process records.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support cost/efficiency tracking.
• Handle physical warehouse tasks and maintain an audit-ready, safe workspace.
• Utilise ERP or inventory systems and ensure compliance with shipping and customs.
