Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is offering a Graduate Specialist Program in Logistics in Birmingham. The two-year program rotates you through logistics, supply chain, purchasing and procurement, both at the Birmingham site and abroad, with a view to permanent employment after completion.

You will develop as a technical specialist with a focus on logistics, embracing challenges, innovation and collaboration within a global team.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in supply chain management, logistics, business and/or engineering or related field.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Self-starter with a customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth insight into the logistics function and related areas in the plant and be placed in various Logistics/SC environments.
• Gain experience of HydraForce's product and service portfolio and internal development processes.
• Design scalable logistics processes to support business growth.
• Support audits, revalidations and service level adherence.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop innovations in products and workflows to add value.
• Keep accurate records, set up new lines, demand planning, stock transfers, and handle inquiries.
• Contribute to inventory and cost reduction projects and deliver measurable improvements.
