Job summary

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy supply chain operation in the UK. The role covers logistics planning, transport coordination and supply chain administration, ensuring orders are planned, dispatched and delivered on time.

You will work with hauliers, warehouse partners and internal teams across UK and international markets, maintaining accurate information and supporting exports where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport or similar environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG, transport, warehousing or export logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from planning through to dispatch and delivery.
• Work with hauliers and logistics partners to plan transport effectively.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve issues impacting service.
• Coordinate warehouse collections and dispatch activity.
• Support export shipments and international logistics requirements.
• Maintain accurate order, delivery and transport information in internal systems.
