Alexander Steele is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy UK operation. The role is on-site, full-time, and involves planning, transport coordination and administration across UK and international markets.

You will work with transport providers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure orders are planned, dispatched and delivered to agreed service levels, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from planning through to dispatch and delivery.
• Work with hauliers and logistics partners to plan transport effectively.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve issues impacting service.
• Coordinate warehouse collections and dispatch activity.
• Support export shipments and international logistics requirements.
• Maintain accurate order, delivery and transport information in internal systems.
• Check transport charges and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with supply chain, warehouse and operational teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service levels.
