Job summary

Tensator Limited is seeking a Logistics Co‑Ordinator with proven experience in international freight, customs compliance, and export documentation to own end‑to‑end logistics across road, sea and air. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, apply Incoterms, manage export declarations, and ensure on‑time delivery while protecting supply chain integrity and customer satisfaction.

This role requires proactive cost optimization and strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in international logistics and freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control international shipments across road, sea, and air freight.
• Create and validate commercial invoices with HS codes, COO, and values.
• Manage export declarations and post‑Brexit customs procedures.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to book shipments, compare rates, and negotiate terms.
• Ensure shipment traceability and KPI reporting.
