Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) in Sheffield is seeking a Logistics and Fulfilment Specialist to join our busy team. You will manage stock, documentation, and shipments across domestic and international routes, ensuring accurate processing and on-time dispatch.

You’ll work with IT equipment, carriers, and internal teams, handling orders, returns, and invoicing paperwork while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a supply chain role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with international shipping and carrier documents.

Responsibilities

• Process customer, internal, project, and return shipments.
• Prepare IT equipment for remote configuration.
• Apply configurations using automated systems and documented processes.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch; lift up to 25kg.
• Book domestic and international shipments with approved carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and waybills.
• Update shipment, inventory, and order information in systems.
• Support stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with carriers.
