Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 classification.
• 2–4 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Prior trade compliance experience and/or a transportation management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve in‑transit issues and communicate shipment status.
• Serve as a key escalation point for internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer service through responsiveness and reliability.
• Attend regular QBRs to ensure carrier standards.
• Manage freight approvals for accurate billing.
