Job summary

Atkinson Moss is seeking a Logistics Administrator for an established business in Eye, Suffolk. The role supports the Distribution Manager in coordinating worldwide product distribution, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery.

The position is full-time and permanent, working 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will plan shipments, prepare shipping documents, liaise with customers and internal teams, and help maintain accurate status updates across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics coordination and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport and distribution to ensure efficient delivery.
• Plan and arrange shipments for cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation in line with regulations.
• Support a zero-harm, safe working environment.
• Advise Sales on transport options and obtain quotations.
• Collaborate with Packing to ensure correct packing methods.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams on order despatch and updates.
• Support all departments requiring shipping services.
• Maintain accurate shipment status updates on systems.
