Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Project Director - EPCm to lead technical and commercial delivery of LNG projects, including FEED and Detailed Design, across the value chain.

You will report to the Director of Projects and manage multi-location teams to meet time, cost and safety goals. The role requires proven LNG project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in both greenfield and brownfield environments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or higher degree in Engineering and professional accreditation.
• PM/PMI certification recommended (PMP/AMP).
• Experience with LNG projects and FEED/Detailed Design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe project execution meeting cost, schedule and contractual requirements.
• Deliver financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance.
• Act as primary client contact and build strong relationships across locations.
• Lead cross-site delivery teams across time zones.
• Support pursuit of new work through client meetings and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and systems.
• Manage project risks to avoid delays and reputational damage.
• Own project financial performance and forecast reporting.
• Identify resources and coordinate with resource managers.
• Deliver single projects or a multi-client portfolio as needed.
• Plan execution and maintain adherence to the plan with client updates.
• Mentor LNG professionals and share lessons learned.
