Job summary

KBR in Leatherhead, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Offshore Pipeline Engineer to lead subsea pipeline projects through feasibility, concept and FEED stages, and to supervise detailed design in line with ASME B31 and DNVGL standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, liaise with multiple disciplines and clients, and contribute to proposals. A degree in engineering and extensive subsea experience are essential; Chartered status is desirable.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
Extensive experience in pipeline engineering and subsea pipelines.
Strong knowledge of ASME B31 and DNVGL standards.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead feasibility, concept and FEED studies for offshore pipeline systems.
Perform and supervise detailed engineering design of subsea pipelines.
Design spools and rigid risers; route pipelines and prepare specifications.
Supervise and check work of other engineers and drafters.
Liaise with other disciplines and deputise for lead engineer in client meetings.
Contribute to proposals and business development activities.
