Ten Lifestyle Group in the United Kingdom or South Africa seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Manager to deliver highly personalised recommendations and seamless experiences for members. You will coordinate travel, dining, entertainment, and luxury lifestyle needs with creativity and attention to detail.

The role requires outstanding communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• English fluency at a high level (C1) and Italian (C2) required.
• 3+ years in customer service, concierge, dining, entertainment, travel, hospitality, or similar fast-paced service.
• Strong knowledge of travel, dining, luxury lifestyle and global destinations.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Make it personal: tailor recommendations to members' preferences.
• Bring great experiences to life using knowledge of restaurants, travel and culture.
• Create memorable moments by handling diverse requests.
• Plan trips: research and arrange travel, flights, hotels and experiences.
• Think creatively to offer unexpected options and solutions.
• Work with pace and accuracy while handling multiple requests.
