Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group seeks a Private Travel Manager to curate ultra-luxury journeys and build enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients worldwide. You will design bespoke itineraries, coordinate with destination specialists, and ensure flawless execution of exclusive experiences.

You will work with concierge services and DMCs, staying ahead of luxury travel trends while maintaining discretion and client confidentiality. Hybrid/remotes options available within the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high net worth or luxury clients.
• Expertise in the global luxury travel market with exclusive networks and services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with discerning clientele and discretion.
• Availability to provide round-the-clock service and handle last-minute changes.
• Proficiency in advanced travel management software; GDS experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Curate luxury itineraries reflecting clients' preferences and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private members and family offices.
• Attract new members by promoting luxury travel services and networks.
• Develop and host events to showcase offerings and enhance visibility.
• Collaborate with concierge teams and DMCs to ensure seamless execution.
