Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group seeks a Lifestyle Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom or South Africa. This fast-paced, service-focused role suits someone curious, resourceful, digitally confident and passionate about travel, dining, entertainment and lifestyle.

You’ll turn requests into personalised recommendations and solutions, research travel arrangements, and collaborate with our global network of restaurants, hotels and partners to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written & spoken communication in English and Italian
• Min 3+ years’ experience in customer service, concierge, dining, entertainment, travel, hospitality or similar fast-paced service
• Proven ability to manage complex requests and deliver personalised service
• Strong knowledge of travel, dining, entertainment, luxury lifestyle and destinations
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, service-driven and able to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Must have legal right to live and work in UK or SA

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations and solutions tailored to each member’s preferences
• Bring experiences to life using knowledge of restaurants, travel, entertainment and culture
• Create memorable moments by handling requests across dining, entertainment, travel, celebrations and gifts
• Plan travel arrangements including flights, hotels and experiences
• Think creatively to offer interesting options and smart solutions
• Manage requests end-to-end, keeping members updated throughout
• Write clear, engaging responses that are warm and easy to understand
• Build strong connections with Ten’s global network of suppliers to unlock great experiences
