Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Travel & Lifestyle Manager to join our Luxury Lifestyle Management team in the United Kingdom. The role covers overnight shifts (20:00–07:00 GMT) and involves end-to-end luxury travel arrangements, from restaurant or club bookings to yacht charters and visa handling.

You will advise premium clients in Arabic and English, craft tailor-made itineraries, manage all related admin, and highlight exclusive promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
• Several years in travel, tour operator, or luxury concierge/hospitality roles.
• GDS knowledge (Amadeus) and strong destination knowledge.
• Service‑oriented, able to work under pressure, flexible.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours.
• Advise customers via phone and email in Arabic and English.
• Process end-to-end requests: travel arrangements, restaurant and club reservations, event tickets, spa bookings, yacht charters, transport, sightseeing, and related services.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and DMO partners.
• Prepare tailor-made travel offers and documents, itineraries, visa handling, and admin tasks.
• Inform customers about exclusive promotions and events.
