Job summary

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to drive development of Pokémon licensed products and ensure strong retail presence across markets. You will partner with CPA and Retail Marketing teams to plan ranges and launch licensed items that align with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of licensing experience, a related bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Latin American Spanish. Hybrid work arrangements are offered along with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
• Proven track record of success.
• Languages: English and Latin American Spanish at near-native level.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with licensees across categories.
• Manage contract negotiation with licensees.
• Collaborate with CPA and Retail Marketing teams on product development and range planning.
• Lead development of marketing assets and creative concepts with external agencies.
• Coordinate with London and Seattle teams to implement the Licensing program.
