Job summary

Oxfam is seeking a Lease Accountant to own lease accounting across the global organisation, ensuring FRS 102 compliance and supporting a major finance transformation. You will be the subject matter expert for lease accounting and lead the workstream for the WorkSavi and PeopleSoft integration.

You will manage end-to-end processes from onboarding to month-end reporting, and provide guidance on complex accounting matters while strengthening controls to stay audit-ready and compliant across

Qualifications

• We require a qualified accountant with lease accounting expertise.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and strong risk controls.
• Ability to lead complex finance change and system implementations.
