Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Leadership Development Manager in London to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership programmes across global schools. You will work with senior management to align curricula with strategic goals and measure impact of initiatives.

The role combines hands-on design and facilitation with rigorous evaluation, in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, fostering inclusive leadership at all levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development in a commercially driven environment.
• Strong facilitation skills across all levels of seniority.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• An accredited coach with experience of one-to-one and group coaching.
• Experience in using and interpreting psychometrics (BPS Level A and Level B).

Responsibilities

• Support the global design, delivery and continuous improvement of Nord Anglia Education's leadership programmes.
• Elevate the curriculum for school colleagues and develop a functional pathway aligned to organisational needs.
• Partner with business leaders, educators and HR colleagues to create scalable, high-quality learning experiences.
• Help future-proof the organisation by developing leaders ready to drive Nord Anglia's continued success.
