Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist (Maternity Cover) to design, deliver, coordinate and evaluate leadership development initiatives across the global organisation. The role requires strong programme coordination, stakeholder management, learning administration, data analysis and clear communication to deliver high‑quality learner experiences.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to manage logistics, design sessions, coach and mentor

Qualifications

  • Experience within Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, or Education sectors.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong presentation design and visual communication skills.
  • Experience managing organisation-wide virtual meetings and workshops (Teams).
  • Stakeholder management and customer service with internal and external partners.
  • Budgeting, invoices and programme expenditure experience.
  • Data analysis, reporting and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and project coordination skills.
  • AI literacy and experience with AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
  • Manage programme logistics: scheduling, participant communications, registrations, attendance tracking, materials and evaluations.
  • Support learning design and facilitation, including virtual session management and technical support.
  • Administer coaching and mentoring programmes: participant support, tracking and reporting.
  • Build stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and international colleagues.
  • Monitor project plans, budgets, supplier activities, procurement, invoicing and documentation.
  • Analyse programme data and performance metrics; produce reports and insights on engagement and impact.
  • Develop communications, presentations and learning resources, leveraging AI and digital learning tech.

Leadership Development Specialist (Maternity Cover)

Offering up to 12 month fixed term contract, for a maternity cover.

The Leadership Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the design, delivery, coordination, and evaluation of leadership development initiatives across Nord Anglia Education's global organisation.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and programme participants, the role ensures the seamless administration, communication, and operational delivery of leadership development programmes, coaching and mentoring activities, onboarding initiatives, residential events, virtual workshops, and leadership development activities.

The role combines strong programme coordination, stakeholder management, learning administration, data analysis, and communication skills to deliver high-quality learner experiences while providing meaningful insights into programme effectiveness and organisational impact.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes, ensuring smooth operational execution across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
  • Manage programme logistics and administration, including scheduling, participant communications, registrations, attendance tracking, learning materials, and evaluations.
  • Support learning design and facilitation, creating engaging learning experiences and providing virtual session management and technical support.
  • Administer coaching and mentoring programmes, including participant support, coordination, tracking, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating with internal teams, external suppliers, and international colleagues to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Monitor project plans, budgets, and supplier activities, overseeing procurement, invoicing, expense management, and programme documentation.
  • Analyse programme data and performance metrics, producing reports and insights on engagement, effectiveness, attendance, feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Develop high-quality communications, presentations, and learning resources, leveraging AI and digital learning technologies to enhance programme delivery, efficiency, and learner engagement.
