You will collaborate with Quant, Structuring, Trading, Sales, and Middle Office to drive business growth and automation. You will contribute to testing, code quality, and the adoption of AI-assisted practices, while

Qualifications

• Strong background in object-oriented or functional programming.
• Willingness to become proficient and develop in Python.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, well-tested solutions in a controlled environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact confidently with business users and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and setting team expectations for AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver specific projects within the global program of work.
