Job summary

NADclinic is expanding its global operations and seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives. You will define scope, build the plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and lead launches with external partners to scale the business.

You will work across commercial, medical, operations, marketing, finance and technology, ensuring alignment and timely delivery while driving continuous improvement in ways of working.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver on time and on budget while managing multiple projects.
• Experience in fast-growth, multi-site, cross-border environments.
• Strong communication with executives, clinicians and external partners.
• PM qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects from scoping through Launch and handover.
• Define scope, milestones, resources and budgets, updating plans as priorities change.
• Run several projects simultaneously, escalating risks early.
• Lead launches of partnerships, new retail formats, markets and product launches.
• Coordinate workstreams across commercial, medical, operations, marketing, finance and technology.
• Maintain governance, risk tracking and progress reporting.
• Ensure readiness and go-live quality with stakeholders.
