Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead for a 10–12 month fixed-term role spanning multiple regions including UK and Poland. You will drive labeling strategies, collaborate with clinical, safety, medical affairs, and commercial teams, and oversee labeling vendor activities to ensure compliant, timely deliverables.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma labeling or regulatory spaces, with strong strategic thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 6 years in labeling or 5+ years regulatory experience.
• Strategic thinking to develop regulatory strategies based on requirements and risk.
• Strong communication to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to Global Labeling management and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate relationships across labeling and regulatory teams to ensure effective communication.
• Analyze labeling trends, precedent, and guidance to align labeling with product strategy and CCDS/USPI/EU SmPC.
• Represent Global Labeling in Global Regulatory Team and coordinate with US/EU labeling operations.
• Support Health Authority inspections with labeling information requests.
• Oversee external vendors for labeling activities ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of labeling processes for agility and accuracy.
