Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead for a 10–12 month fixed-term role across multiple regions (Poland, UK, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic). The candidate will shape labeling strategy, liaise with global teams, and oversee vendor activities to ensure compliant and competitive labeling across products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with labeling experience.
• Strategic regulatory thinking and ability to execute regulatory strategies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience liaising with health authorities and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and proposes risk mitigation.
• Develops labeling strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Conducts precedent searches and analyzes competitor labeling and trends.
• Represents Global Labeling at Global Regulatory Team and coordinates with regional operations.
• Supports Health Authority inspections with labeling information requests.
• Oversees labeling activities by external vendors.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of labeling processes.
