Job summary

Freyr Solutions seeks a Global Labeling Lead for a 10–12 month fixed-term role with responsibilities spanning global labeling strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory communications. The role encompasses interaction with clinical, safety, medical affairs, and commercial teams to align labeling language with product strategy.

The candidate will oversee labeling content, manage external vendors, and support regulatory inspections across major markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 6 years labeling experience or 5+ years regulatory experience.
• Strategic thinking to develop and execute regulatory strategies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and proposes risk mitigation strategies for labeling.
• Develops labeling strategies and content with cross-functional teams across clinical, safety, medical affairs and commercial functions.
• Performs precedent searches and analyzes labeling trends to inform strategies and language for labels (USPI, EU SmPC, CCDS).
• Represents Global Labeling in GRT and liaises with US/EU labeling operations and Labeling Devices Lead.
• Participates in cross-functional task forces and supports Health Authority inspections with labeling information.
• Oversees labeling activities managed by external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
