Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead for a 10–12 month fixed-term role spanning Poland, UK, Romania, and other locations. You will shape labeling strategy, lead cross-functional collaboration, and manage external vendors to ensure timely, compliant labeling deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma with labeling or regulatory experience, plus a strong strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BSc degree preferred; BA accepted.
• Advanced scientific degree (MSc, PhD, or PharmD) preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with 6+ years in labeling or regulatory-related roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to communicate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and proposes risk mitigation strategies.
• Cultivates relationships among cross-functional teams to ensure effective labeling strategy and content.
• Conducts precedent searches and analyzes labeling trends to shape labeling language (CCDS, USPI, EU SmPC).
• Represents Global Labeling at Global Regulatory Team and coordinates with US/EU labeling operations.
• Supports health authority inspections by providing labeling information requests.
• Oversees external vendors to ensure timely, quality labeling deliverables.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of labeling processes for agility and accuracy.
