Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead to drive regulatory labeling strategy across multiple regions, aligning labeling content with CCDS, USPI, and EU SmPC requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma labeling, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proven experience supporting health authority inspections. This fixed-term position offers exposure to global regulatory operations within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 6+ years labeling experience.
• Strategic regulatory thinking and ability to develop practical labeling strategies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting health authority inspections.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and proposes risk mitigation.
• Develops labeling strategy aligned with product strategy and CCDS/USPI.
• Represents Global Labeling in GRT and cross-functional teams.
• Oversees external vendors and ensures timely, quality labeling deliverables.
• Supports Health Authority inspections with labeling information requests.
• Continuously improves labeling workflows and processes.
