Job summary

Freyr Solutions seeks a Global Labeling Lead to drive strategic labeling programs across global regulatory teams. This fixed-term role coordinates with US/EU labeling operations, preparing CCDS, USPI, EU SmPC content, and ensures alignment with product strategy.

You will lead cross-functional labeling initiatives, mentor labeling professionals, and support health authority inspections within a multinational Life Sciences services organization.

Qualifications

• BSc degree preferred; BA accepted.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry with labeling experience (6+ years labeling).
• Strategic regulatory thinking with cross-functional communication.
• Understanding of core business aspects.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and GRL with risk mitigation.
• Develops relationships across labeling, clinical, safety, medical affairs and commercial.
• Reviews precedent, competitor labeling and health authority guidance for strategy.
• Represents Global Labeling at Global Regulatory Team and liaises with regional ops.
• Supports Health Authority inspections with labeling information requests.
• Oversees external vendors for labeling activities and ensures quality.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of labeling processes.
