Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead to shape and govern labeling strategy across global products. You will collaborate with clinical, safety, medical affairs, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with CCDS, USPI, and SmPC content and product claims.

The role requires building strong relationships within a global regulatory framework, overseeing external vendors, and supporting regulatory inspections. A senior leader with 8+ years in pharma labeling is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc degree preferred; BA accepted.
• Advanced scientific degree preferred (MSc/PhD/PharmD).
• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry including labeling or related regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to Global Labeling management and propose risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams for labeling strategies.
• Analyze precedent and labeling trends to guide labeling language (TLP, CCDS, USPI, EU SmPC).
• Represent Global Labeling at GRT and coordinate with US/EU labeling operations and Compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional task-forces and initiatives.
• Support Health Authority inspections with labeling information requests.
• Oversee external vendors for labeling activities and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of labeling processes for agility and accuracy.
