Job summary

Freyr Solutions is seeking a Global Labeling Lead to drive regulatory labeling strategy across regions (US/EU and beyond). You will lead cross-functional labeling teams and ensure content aligns with CCDS, USPI, and SmPC requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma, including at least 6 years in labeling or 5+ years regulatory, plus strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Experience supporting health authority inspections is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience; includes 6 years labeling or 5+ years regulatory experience.
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute regulatory strategies.
• Strong communications and ability to transfer knowledge across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and proposes risk mitigation.
• Cultivates cross-functional relationships to ensure effective labeling strategy communication.
• Conducts precedent searches and analyzes labeling trends to develop competitive labeling language.
• Represents Global Labeling at Global Regulatory Team and coordinates with US/EU labeling operations.
• Participates in cross-functional task-forces and initiatives to advance labeling objectives.
• Supports Health Authority inspections by providing labeling information requests and process details.
• Oversees external labeling vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of labeling processes for agility and accuracy.
