Job summary

Freyr is seeking a Global Labeling Lead to shape and oversee global labeling strategy for client products across regulatory jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with clinical, safety, medical affairs and commercial teams, ensuring clear labeling content and timely delivery.

The role includes managing external labeling vendors, supporting Health Authority inspections, and maintaining alignment with CCDS, USPI and EU SmPC.

Qualifications

• BSc degree preferred; BA accepted.
• Advanced scientific degree preferred (MSc/PhD/PharmD).
• 8+ years pharma industry experience with 6+ labeling focus.
• Strategic thinking to craft regulatory labeling strategies.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Global Labeling management and proposes risk mitigation.
• Builds relationships with labeling cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
• Conducts precedent searches and analyzes labeling trends to develop labeling language.
• Represents Global Labeling in Global Regulatory Team and liaises with US/EU labeling ops.
• Supports Health Authority Inspections with labeling information requests.
• Oversees external labeling vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Contributes to continuous improvements of labeling processes.
