Job summary

SRG is seeking a Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager to monitor global labeling, artwork, and U.S. advertising and promotion (GLAAM) processes. You will ensure data quality and compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the function.

You will identify trends, drive remediation activities, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders involved in labeling activities to enable timely, compliant decisions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Degree in Regulatory Affairs or related discipline desirable.
• 3-8 years' experience within a global/pharma environment.
• Labelling and/or Regulatory Affairs experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance, process, and data oversight across GLAAM.
• Generate project line listings and reports for portfolio/resource management.
• Maintain GLAAM SharePoint pages and trackers.
• Support labelling processes with business cases, job aids, and process docs.
• Conduct routine process/quality monitoring per plans.
• Support QE investigations and remediation activities.
• Analyze regulatory and labelling data for accuracy and insights.
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve data discrepancies.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate departmental initiatives to enhance labelling/regulatory processes.
• Assist implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to project leaders and stakeholders.
