Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to support training strategy and deliver learning solutions across translational sciences, clinical operations, and regulatory/compliance. The role partners with SMEs to design programs and coordinates onboarding for new hires across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate, postgraduate, or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 4–6 years of L&D experience in a CRO or equivalent supporting delivery teams.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to assess training needs, design and develop content, and deliver learning solutions.
• Lead onboarding for new hires, including scheduling and tracking.
• Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning programs aligned with adult learning principles.
• Serve as first‑line triage for training requests and guidance on tools and templates.
• Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by L&D.
• Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and reporting per regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain role‑based curricula and annual reviews of curricula and training hours.
