Job summary

CSL is seeking a senior leader to steer its Global Knowledge Management (GKM) and information-management initiatives. You will oversee strategy, governance, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high-value knowledge services across the CSL Group.

Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will drive AI-enabled information delivery, manage vendor partnerships, and cultivate a data ownership mindset across global teams while mentoring staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in science-related fields or equivalent Knowledge Management education.
• Demonstrated experience leading global teams in pharmaceutical/biopharma contexts.
• Experience in data standards, governance, and information management.
• Strong leadership abilities with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations of CSL's Global Knowledge Management team and information services.
• Drive data standards, governance, and information-management program development.
• Manage global resources, budgeting, policy formulation, and personnel management.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and subscriptions for knowledge resources.
• Partner with Global Sourcing and other stakeholders to align strategies.
• Promote digital innovation and AI-enabled knowledge delivery across the organization.
• Build and mentor a globally dispersed knowledge-management team.
