Job summary

CSL is seeking a Director (f/m/x) Global Procurement – Logistics & Warehousing to lead global sourcing strategies for CSL’s logistics and warehousing portfolio. The role drives category management, supplier relationships, and governance, aligning with the global procurement strategy and CSL’s standards.

The position requires senior leadership, extensive experience in logistics categories, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams across CSL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• MBA is highly regarded.
• Minimum 10 years experience in strategic sourcing or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans aligned to CSL Global and Procurement Strategy.
• Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
• Establish SRM processes with global suppliers to improve supply assurance, quality and cost.
