Job summary

Collate Form is seeking two Junior Account Managers to join its London team and support commercial furniture projects across the UK and internationally. Ideal for someone with two years’ experience in furniture sales/support, with a willingness to move into account management.

You’ll work closely with senior managers, coordinate projects, and manage client inquiries, schedules and deliveries. The role offers a starting salary of £35,000 plus a strong commission potential, with real opportunities

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a furniture dealership, manufacturer, or D&B furniture team.
• Experience in project coordination, sales support or account management.
• A good understanding of commercial furniture and project delivery.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Confident communicator, proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers from enquiry to delivery.
• Prepare furniture specifications, quotations and orders.
• Support client accounts and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Track project schedules, deliveries, and deadlines.
• Ensure projects run smoothly and clients stay informed.
