Job summary

The Role

As IT Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Group IT Manager to support and improve the company's technology environment across the UK and international offices.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering day-to-day technical support alongside systems administration, infrastructure, ERP support and ongoing technology projects.

You'll be the go-to person for a wide range of IT queries, working with both technical and non-technical users and coordinating with external technology partners where required.

Your Experience

• Previous experience in an IT Support / Systems Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and Office applications
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and hardware
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
