Job summary

Alliance Pharma PLC is seeking an IT Supplier Delivery Manager to own the strategic IT partner ecosystem and drive service excellence across global operations. You will govern Endava and a wider supplier network, delivering against contracts, SLAs, and KPIs while optimizing cost and value.

In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with the Systems & Technology Director, senior stakeholders, and regional teams to shape supplier strategy, improve performance, and enable a superior technology

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing outsourced IT services and third-party providers.
• Strong supplier and vendor management across full supplier lifecycle.
• Experience monitoring service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Knowledge of IT service management concepts and ITIL advantageous.
• Experience overseeing procurement, contract renewals, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Alliance's strategic IT service partner and wider technology supplier network.
• Ensure suppliers deliver against contractual commitments, SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead supplier governance activities, performance reviews and improvements.
• Provide service performance reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service improvements and value.
