Altech Group Ltd is seeking an IT Service and Security Lead to own IT service delivery, infrastructure and cyber security across its global operations. The role is hands‑on, shaping IT support and security within a cloud‑first environment built around Microsoft 365 and Intune.

You will own security risk management, lead vulnerability remediation, manage a small internal team and coordinate with external providers across time zones to ensure resilient IT services.

Formación

• Experience delivering IT services across a multi-site business with SLA governance.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Intune administration with identity and endpoint management.
• Practical security operations using SIEM/XDR platforms and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Own IT service delivery across multiple sites, including incident, request and change management.
• Manage outsourced service desk against SLAs and review performance and costs.
• Line manage IT Support Analyst and coordinate overseas site support.
