Job summary

RichBrains is a software development company delivering custom solutions for clients across the US, UK and EU. We are seeking a Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of international client projects, guiding day-to-day delivery and clarifying requirements while assessing risks and trade-offs.

You will be the main client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning.

Qualifications

2+ years of project management experience in IT outsourcing.
Fluent English for daily client communication.
Experience with international clients and professional representation.
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
Experience using AI tools to support daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Support and grow client relationships across projects.
Clearly present technical decisions and respond to questions with professionalism.
Manage the backlog and break work into actionable tasks.
Maintain project plans, release roadmaps, and sprint goals.
Coordinate cross-functional team activities and remove blockers.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery within scope, timeline, quality.
Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, reporting and automation.
Contribute ideas for workflow improvements across engagements.
