Job summary

Scandit is seeking an IT Operations Manager to ensure seamless IT service desk support and robust systems across offices worldwide. You will join a lean IT team and own end-to-end IT tasks, from on-boarding to project work, while driving improvements to prevent recurring issues.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, platform administration, and collaboration with colleagues globally. A UK work-eligibility and London office presence are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience with at least first- to third-line exposure.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or similar platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) and common SaaS apps.
• Comfort supporting macOS and Windows devices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity in IT.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to work from London offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st–3rd line IT support via the service desk (Zendesk).
• Administer Google Workspace and other SaaS tools; manage user provisioning and SSO tasks.
• Administer Macs (Jamf) and Windows devices; support Linux where needed.
• Investigate recurring issues and implement lasting fixes.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
• Assist with IT projects and events; occasional travel to other offices.
