Job Description:

Global IT & Infrastructure Manager - This is an excellent opportunity to progress a challenging, varied & stable career working for a cutting-edge market leader with a people-first culture.

As Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of all IT operations across the organization, including infrastructure support services, systems management, information security, and PCI DSS compliance. This role involves transforming the IT function to ensure systems are modern, scalable, and aligned with global operations. You will lead the PCI DSS audit & certification process for over 10 offices across Tier 1 & Tier 2 compliance levels.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a small team, as you will oversee an infrastructure team of 3-4 people. Vendor management, software licensing, and procurement for IT infrastructure and systems are essential responsibilities.

An ITIL &/or CISSP qualification would be advantageous; however, strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are most important.
