Global IT & Infrastructure Manager - This is an excellent opportunity to progress a challenging, varied & stable career working for a cutting edge market leader with a people first culture.

As Global Head of IT you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of all IT Operations across the organisation including infrastructure support services, systems management, information security and PCI DSS Compliance. This role owns the transformation of the IT function to ensure systems are modern, scalable and aligned with global operations. As Global Head of IT you will lead the full PCI DSS audit & certification process for 10+ offices across Tier 1 & Tier 2 Compliance levels.

The successful individual will have experience of managing a small team as you will be responsible for an Infrastructure team of 3-4 people and vendor management is essential for this role as you will be responsible for software licensing & procurement for all IT infrastructure and systems.

An ITIL &/or CISSP qualification would be advantageous however aside from technical expertise strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude is most important.
